Phil Chandler is an environmental control equipment specialist with 30 years’ experience in water, gas and oil applications. Phil has developed and led complex environmental engineering programs in the UK, USA and Japan and served as UK President for Applied Materials, the US semiconductor industry leader headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. Phil will serve as the Project Shared Service Administrator, developing and executing new shared operations and servicing business models for the communities and the State Board.
